Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born on November 24 1982) is an American political commentator from the United States. Her previous roles included an presidential candidate as well as hosting a television show on MSNBC. She's frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and an earlier co-host on the show The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball announced their intention to quit the show in May 2021 and start Breaking Points, a new independent venture with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is the co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. In 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball says that her renewed interest in politics partly due to her experience as a mom in the 2008 primary elections. Additionally, she also witnessed the US presidential election in 2008 while working in Jordan. She observed how it affected the people in that country and developed an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district in the 2010 election. She lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She was co-host of the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 through July 2015.
