Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her most famous work is her many roles in the FX anthology horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). In her role as Portia in the Broadway production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated to the Tony Award for Best Actress. She has also appeared in movies such as What Just Happened (2008) and Pawn Sacrifice (2010). Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits 2017 and Vice (2018). Fractured (2019). In the television world, Rabe also appeared in the show The Whispers (2015), The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The First Lady (2022). Rabe made her debut on screen in 2001, alongside Jill Clayburgh, Rabe's mother. At the Gloucester Stage Company, Massachusetts, she made her professional stage debut alongside her mother. She was the main character in speaking well of dead actors Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) that were both one-act shows that allowed her to earn an Equity Card. In 2003, she appeared with the Gloucester Stage Company to star in Proof by David Auburn. She was also in Mona Lisa Smile that year. She returned to New York shortly after she graduated. She was in White Jesus, a one-act production by Deirdre Owen, which was performed by the Naked Angels Theater Company from September 29 to October 2, 2004.
